Terms and conditions

  1. The Heineken Hardcore Fan Experience promotion (the “Promotion”) offers participants the opportunity to win various prizes, including a trip to Munich, Germany, to attend the UEFA Champions League Finals.
  2. By entering this Promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any other requirements set out in promotional material.

1. Purchase Requirement

  • Buy 4 bottles of Heineken Original, Heineken 0.0, or Heineken Silver at any bar, supermarket, or restaurant that provides a printed receipt between February 22, 2025, and April 25, 2025.

2. Receipt Information

  • The photograph of your receipt must clearly display:

  • Name of the outlet

  • Date of purchase

  • Proof of qualifying purchase (4 bottles of Heineken Original, Heineken 0.0, or Heineken Silver).

  • Receipt/transaction number

1. Grand Prize:

  • A VIP package to watch the Heineken UEFA Champions League Finals live at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany, on May 31, 2025. Two (2) winners will be drawn in total, each to receive:

  • Round-trip economy class airfare to Germany and hotel accommodations.

  • Ground transportation:

  • Round trip from airport to hotel.

  • Round trip from hotel to the UEFA Champions League Finals.

  • Match ticket to the UEFA Champions League Finals (Economy class seating).

  • Daily per diem of US$100 (for food and miscellaneous expenses).

  • The trip will take place May 28 – June 2, 2025

2. Bi-Weekly Prizes – The “Heineken Real Hardcore Fan Kit ” which includes: 

  • HKN cooler
  • HKN products
  • Personalized HKN jersey
  • HKN hoodie
  • HKN football & pump

1. Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older to enter and redeem prizes.

2. Collection Location: All prizes must be collected at Red Stripe Offices, 214 Spanish Town Road, Kingston 10.

3. Redemption Deadline: All prizes must be redeemed by May 16, 2025. Any unclaimed or forfeited prizes remain the property of Desnoes & Geddes Limited.

4. Identification & Original Receipt: Each winner must produce a valid Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Electoral ID, or Passport) and present the original printed receipt that matches the entry.

5. Non-Transferability:

  • Prizes are non-transferable.
  • Non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to be featured in publicity or promotional activities if selected as a winner. Failure to participate in such activities may result in forfeiture of the prize.

1. Number of Entries:

  • Enter as often as you wish, but only one entry per qualifying receipt.

    Participants are limited to one prize per person and are not eligible to win multiple times

2. Receipt Requirements:

  • No handwritten (non-printed) receipts will be accepted.

  • Receipt must clearly show:

  • Transaction/Receipt number

  • Date of purchase

  • Name of store/outlet

  • 4 Bottles of Heineken Original, Heineken 0.0, or Heineken Silver

3. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be selected randomly using a random selector built into the https://heinekenwin.com/ platform.

  • All entrants’ data will be verified, and each entrant issued a certificate of validity.

  • The platform will guarantee random selection of winners.

4. Draw Schedule:

  • Bi-Weekly Prizes and Grand Prize will be drawn on the dates below at 12:00pm at the Red Stripe Corporate Office (Vibes Bar): 214 Spanish Town Road, Kingston 10.

5. Contacting Winners:

  • Winners will be contacted within 1 business day after the draw via the phone number submitted at entry.

  • Three (3) consecutive call attempts will be made within 24 hours. A “failed attempt” includes calls going to voicemail, busy, unanswered, or otherwise unreachable.

  • If the Promoter cannot reach the selected winner after the required attempts, the  next backup entrant will be contacted.

6. Grand Prize Travel Requirements:

  • All entrants for the Grand Prize must have:

  • A valid Jamaican passport

  • A valid German visa

  • If the selected winner does not possess these documents, he/she forfeits the prize.

  • The Grand Prize winner must comply with all Government of Jamaica (GOJ) and German travel requirements. Failure to do so results in forfeiture.

7. Excluded Individuals:

  • Employees of Desnoes & Geddes Limited, affiliated agencies, and immediate family members (spouse and children) of these employees are not eligible to enter.

8. Additional Grand Prize Disclaimers:

  • Red Stripe/Heineken Jamaica will not be responsible for:

  • Health insurance

  • Visa fees (if applicable)

  • Tips/Gratuities

  • International or local phone charges

  • Cell phone data/calling coverage or services

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) costs

  • Transportation is provided only for official events. Additional stops or unauthorized passengers are not permitted.

1. Consent to Use of Personal Information:

  • By participating, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information by Desnoes & Geddes Limited for the purpose of administering this Promotion, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  • Participants may receive marketing or promotional communications from Desnoes & Geddes Limited and can opt out at any time.

2. Data Sharing:

  • Personal information may be shared with third parties assisting with the Promotion. Data will be handled in accordance with Heineken’s data policies, viewable at https://www.theheinekencompany.com/.

3. Data Security:

  • Desnoes & Geddes Limited will take reasonable measures to safeguard participants’ personal information.
  • However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

4. Data Retention:

  • Personal information collected during the Promotion will be retained for up to 6 months or as required by law.

5. Participant’s Rights:

  • Participants have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their personal information by contacting Desnoes & Geddes Limited directly.

  1. Winners must make themselves available for photographs or public relations-related appearances as required by Desnoes & Geddes Limited.

  2. Failure to participate in these activities may result in forfeiture of the prize.

  1. Desnoes & Geddes Limited, in consultation with and approval from the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission, reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at an time without prior notice.
  2. Any such changes will be communicated through the Promoter’s official channels.
